Cataz was born in Savannah Georgia but moved to Fort lauderdale Fl with his mother, older sitser,and brother at the age of four. Cataz started hanging in the street at a young age, with a working mom and no dad he was forced to grow up fast. Cataz was smoking, fighting, selling drugs, and commited to a street gang before the age eleven. The Lauderhill Police Department knew him by first and last name because of his gang Leadership, and reputation.
Cataz had his first child at the age of eighteen and his second child by age nineteen. At the age of twenty five Cataz commited his life with God to make a change in his life for the better. Cataz is now living for god, he is a minster and on a mission to save young kids from the life of the street, and the way of the world.
Musically Cataz brings a fresh new sound to the genre of gospel hip hop.. Cataz has the knowledge of the streets and the word of god, where he perfectly blends the 2 in order to reach and change the heart of the people. With powerful lyrics, a life changing message, and the help of god Cataz is and will continue to bring the lost sheep out of the hands of the devil.
