From Zaire, to France, to Canada, and now finally the U.S.A. comes 23 year old Stella.
With a story that reads like a movie, and a competitive drive to succeed rivaled by few, Stella launches her first US single “Ghost.”
Written and produced by platinum accredited production outfit, The Orange Factory (Jay Sean, Fabolous, Shakira, Usher and Chris Brown), “Ghost” is a sexy dance/tribal hip shaker, designed for a dance floor near you!
Using Samba influences and and a strong vocal melody, “Ghost” shows Stella caught up in a mysterious relationship with a man who “comes and goes” when the lights go out. It is at once powerful and dark, while maintaining Stella’s ultra sexy femme Fatale vibe.
Stella’s story is unique in that she traveled thru many countries just to have a shot at making it in America.
Told by everyone, including her parents, to give up and do something else, Stella somehow managed to work her way into the NYC music scene and catch the attention of several respected industry veterans.
For Stella, music isn’t a choice so much as it is a necessity. Her passion for singing and dancing, for writing and recording, is paramount in her life.
Stella has finished recording her first album and is planning the release for early 2010. Currently Stella is at dance rehearsals everyday and performing all over NYC. Her single “Ghost” is about to hit the clubs and a video is soon to follow.
