Catherine Coe

Catherine was born in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Her family moved around the country as a child until stopping in Yellowknife. Her writing was noticed at a young age when she wrote a story in class and was invited to a young writers awards ceremony. She worked as a reporter as a teenager for the local Yellowknife newspaper and has always had a knack for writing. She recently decided to turn her love of music into a career and is now in the process of recording a selection of songs that she she has wrote. Her music is influenced by artists such as Jann Arden, Sheryl Crow, Steve Earle, and Sarah Mclaughlan. Her music is set apart from the rest as she has a unique style sound and variety in her music.
