The Caustic Dames, Hottest Hiphop/Soul Girl Group in the World, is comprised of Mimi Johnson aka Puss n Boots and Cinceria Rainer aka Baby Spliph have taken the City of Atlanta and the East Coast by storm with their hard work and determination to keep the Hip Hop tracks and rhymes of Johnson's late husband Glenn Johnson aka Trubble Phunk. Mimi has operated Caustic Entertainment Group, LLC, since the death of her husband in 2002. She is responsible for all of the bookings, copyrights of their work and distribution of their product, which includes four CDs: Lose Your Head, Urban Commando (single), ESTROGEN, ESTROGEN Glitta and ESTROGEN 323.
Their Feed The Homeless and Hungry Program has survived one year and promises to be an event to draw much more attention in years to come. It has received quite a lot of media exposure and has been sponsored by other groups in the Atlanta area, such as the FYI Communications, Inc., A Black Clan, Free Forum Xchange, Georgia Up and Coming and Rolling Out Magazine.
On July 23, 2005, Caustic Entertainment Group, LLC, released their second full-length CD, Estrogen 323.

They've performed with numerous well-known hip hop artists, including KRS-ONE, Dres Da Beatnik, Angie The Hip Hop Angel, and on they've been featured on the Great Atlanta Music Festival, Birmingham Heritage Festival, National Black Arts Festival and at many venues in the Atlanta area. They are regulars at the Apache Cafe, Red Train, Mambo Room, Free Forum Xchange , The Five Spot and Irish Bred . In November 2003, they toured the Northeast in Richmond, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York.
For six months, Mimi Johnson and her mother, jazz singer Joan Cartwright hosted a weekly online radio show, Jazz Meets Hip Hop, on www.dr-love.com.
The Mother/Daughter duo perform together on jazz/blues gigs and Cartwright also steps in to scat on the hip hop tracks with the CAUSTIC DAMES. Their goal is to formulate a live band that will incorporate jazz and blues standards, originals and hip hop.

The Caustic Dames have emerged as a force to be reckoned with in the Hip Hop Community. With the 1st Single off their sophomore album "Estrogen 323 LP" "4 Get" achieving GOLD status in Japan and Spain in less than 90 days as well as riding off the success of their 2004 Album "Estrogen Glitta" with sells well over 200,000 in the USA Independent, these Dames are on FIRE!
