The Cayden Cole Project

The Cayden Cole Project

BandEDMAdult Contemporary

This is a music collaboration based on pop/dance/Euro style music, with some soothing ballads mixed in the way Lara Fabian would do it! Very much like some '90's Madonna stuff.

Biography

The Cayden Cole Project was born in 2003, when Roger T. and Michael Ben, two natural-born music lovers from Montreal, Canada, got together in Michael's studio to write some original dance/pop music, the way they do it in Europe. What came out of that, was music that can be heard all across the world! And even though party dance music is one of our passions, we have written the ultimate ballad ("Everyday") and soon to come by the end of the summer is a little BritPop surprise.

Roger is Mr. Cayden Cole himself, the face of The Cayden Cole Project; the one you see in the pictures and live performances, and the one who sings the songs and writes all the lyrics, while Michael is the behind-the-scenes guy who composes the music and does the mixing. It seems he likes it that way....

The inspiration for the songs recorded over the next couple of years since the beginnings of this duo's collaboration, have come out of personal experiences, and it is a sure thing that many listeners will be able to relate to them!

NEW NEWS!!!! "Separate Ways" won 4th place in the Dance/Electronica category at the UNISONG INTERNATIONAL SONG CONTEST!!! You can check it out and other entries at www.unisong.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lyrics

Karma

Written By: Roger Tabry (lyrics) & Michael Benjoar (composer)

(I'm free)
Do you remember on the day we met?
We had no complications, we were content.
Every time somebody says your name,
I remember how you burned me baby with the flame.

I tried to see what you were goin' through,
Then I woke up, I was being a fool.
For you maybe this is just a show,
But if I were you I'd wait to see just how she'll flow.

Now I'm free.
You should know she will have no more mercy on your soul

Now I'm free.
You should know she will have no more mercy, I would know

You take a chance

Karma, she's gonna getcha (x8)

I find it strange how when I think it's done,
You'll call me up like everything's alright.
Now, let me tell you you're my history.
I got one more thing to say, you will be so sorry.

Now I'm free.
You should know she will have no more mercy on your soul

Now I'm free.
You should know she will have no more mercy, I would know

Karma, she's gonna getcha (x8)

Everyday

Written By: Roger Tabry

Everyday, I see your face in my shadow
Everyday, I see the smile in your eyes
Everyday, I feel that my heart is flying
Everyday, I feel the warmth that you gave me

A summer's breeze across my face,
your love it keeps me going
I want you to know how much you mean to me everyday
When I look around, you are the light that shines into my life
My reason to keep living on and on everyday

Every night, when I'm lying in my bed
Every night, when I'm sleeping alone
Every night, when I'm tasting my tears
Every night, when my troubles come haunt me

I close my eyes and think of you, your love it keeps me going
I want you to know how much you mean to me every night
When I look around, you are the light that shines into my life
My reason to keep living on and on everyday

Everyday

I look around, you are the light that shines into my life
My reason to keep living on and on everyday
When I close my eyes I think of you,
your love it keeps me going
I want you to know how much you mean to me everyday

Everyday, I thank you for breathing
Every night, I pray for your love
