"Exclusive!: Sebastian Fort joins Sunday Night Slaughters"

Mixing horror and comedy is a skill that Edward Payson most definitely has, and nowhere is there a better example of this than his casting Sebastian "C-Bazz" Fort in Sunday Night Slaughters. C-Bazz is a hilariously talented fun-loving comedian/actor/writer who is taking the comedy world by storm and who is now apparently gearing up to storm the horror world too.

But before getting up close and personal with C-Bazz, a word about the project itself: Edward Payson’s Sunday Night Slaughters is a horror anthology webseries that will also be released in DVD format. Payson plans a season of twelve episodes, and the production team - Payson himself, Angel Corbin and Maria Olsen of MOnsterworks66, Nino Buzzone (A Guy Walks Into A Bar) and MoreHorror.com’s Seth Metoyer - is hard at work getting everything in place for the project, which is presently in pre-production.

C-Bazz and Payson connected when Payson worked on C-Bazz’s own independent comedy film For The Love of Funny, and C-Bazz has this to say of this time spent working with Payson:

"I've grown very fond of Edward Payson because of his professionalism and work ethic. Working with him allows me to be myself due to his open minded approach to art. He is the kind of director that simply gets the job done no matter what he has to do. I've seen him stay up for two days editing and arranging a project until it was complete!! His eye for horror is sick and twisted - I mean that in a good way! - but very captivating! He is also extremely diverse. I was blown away by his documentary Unsigned and then just awed with his work on my film. You can see his passion and drive in everything he touches. There is no limit to Edward Payson."

Saunday Night Slaughters PosterC-Bazz is also no stranger to the silver screen, and this Louisiana country boy with big city dreams who’s been pegged as one of the fastest rising comedic stars in Hollywood recently starred in several commercials. It is, however, on the comedy stage where he excels, and he appears regularly at world renowned comedy clubs like The Hollywood Improv, Comedy Story and Laugh Factory where he shares the stage with celebrity comedians like Dane Cook, Daniel Tosh and Drew Carey.

As far as For The Love Of Funny goes, C-Bazz has just completed co-producing, directing and starring in this film - his very own Laffumentary - that spotlights his life struggles and successes as he paves his own way through the crazy streets of Hollywood. He is presently working on a new comedy series, How To With Simon and Fitz, and, of course, getting ready to shoot his segment of the horrifying Sunday Night Slaughters.
