CrissCross The Landscape

In the summer of 2009 CrissCross The Landscape was born, starting as just something fun to do in Tyler’s basement quickly grew into something much more real. Steve and Tyler wanted the world to hear what they had to say and aspired to write songs that people could relate to. Not far after the two started writing their first song Matt was introduced into the band playing Rhythm guitar. He wouldn’t take on that role for long though, he switched to piano and that’s how their signature piano driven sound began. .. For the duration of that summer the trio worked together and wrote five songs they were very proud of. But like all good things, they come to an end. Summer was over. Working and sharing their ideas in between homework, the trio had mastered the songs they had written only a few months ago. The next step was to add band members to complete the package. After many hours searching for the missing pieces with no results, the guys decided to try a different approach. Steve started searching millions of posts that surfaced on Craigslist and found the two guys they were missing. Dom and Louie were both added into the band and they haven’t looked back.
