Celticado means "celtic duet". Based in western central Massachusetts performing lively acoustic traditional celtic dance music.
Jim and Adam first met at an Irish session at the Harp in North Amherst, MA the winter of 2005. Adam was impressed by Jim's non-traditional approach to the guitar. Clearly he was playing it in a non-standard tuning, his fingers coaxing runs and arpeggios mixed with chords. Jim was invited to join Woodkerne, a quartet of string players at that time. A year later, the concept of a light but disciplined Celtic duo was discussed and Celticado was born.
