Never Made It to Sunday

Written By: Joe Pisano and Peter Tulley

We fell in love, but not like all the rest
We somehow thought that we could stand that test
And I knew how you had dreams of forever
But I knew there were ways I could love you never

How do I tell you what's on my mind?
How do I tell you you're wasting your time?

I told you the truth and you left me in tears
You came back to tell me that you didn't care
You asked to spend your life as my cover
As husband and wife with other lovers

How do I tell you what's on my mind? (Do I tell you?)
How do I tell you you're wasting your time? (Do I tell you?)
'Cause we never made it to Sunday even though we tried so hard to come so far
Two hearts twisted in love with souls worlds apart

Ol' Time Summer

Written By: Joe Pisano and Peter Tulley

Woke up this morning, dragged my fingers through my hair
I pulled open the blind to find sunshine filling the air
So I called up an old friend that I thought I left behind
I said, "You wanna join me in a memory? Yeah, the ol' time summer kind..."

So we hopped into the car, I threw a cooler into the back
We did a little smoking, a little joking, and a whole lot of laying back
Just cruising down the shore on a one day holiday
You see I've been working way too hard, now it's time for me to play

I need an ol' time summer like the kind we used to have
We got nothing to do and nowhere to go, got no time for feeling bad
Just an ol' time summer any old time of the year

So we hit the beach:
Damn it's hot! Nearly burned my boots to find a shaded spot
Yeah, there ain't no crowds, no one around
Just me and you watching the snow coming down
What's that you say?
Yeah, this holiday ain't the kind you're thinking of
'Cause I'm just a Bennie hell bent
There ain't any other Bennies blocking my sun
Hell no!

Ol' time summer like the kind we used to have
We got nothing to do and nowhere to go, got no time for feeling bad
Just an ol' time summer any old time of the year

So if you find you're losing your mind and you need to get away
Well there's no need to wait before it's too late
Take an ol' time holiday

We need an ol' time summer like the kind we used to have
We got nothing to do and nowhere to go, got no time for feeling bad
Just an ol' time summer any old time of the year

Walk Alone

Written By: Joe Pisano and Peter Tulley

Walking down the street and our eyes meet
After you pass I turn to find you did the same
A simple laugh and smile
We talk for a while
The fates have offered me your name

And in the summer sun
A cool breeze coming on
Perhaps we'll share a drink or two
But this is so surreal that I'm too numb to feel
I've always dreamed that I'd find you

But is this really happening or will I wake to find you gone?
Can I offer you a lifetime to never walk alone?

The hours turn to days
We never hesitate
You're every second of my time
Each night we celebrate
Each day like our first date
One kiss from you can melt my mind

But is this really happening or will I wake to find you gone?
Can I offer you a lifetime to never walk alone?

And it's easy to compromise when love's a sweet surprise
For those that doubt love still exists
Give it a second chance
Believe in sweet romance and someday you'll walk like this

But is this really happening or will I wake to find you gone?
Can I offer you a lifetime to never walk alone?
