We met in Athens and played as the Naughty Bits while Nicole studied percussion performance at UGA. After college, we went our separate ways to party, travel, and work--but needless to say, after a few years of day jobs, we decided to start the band back up under the name, Champagne Summer.
We've spent the past 4 months playing shows in Atlanta (The Earl, Drunken Unicorn) and furiously writing songs. We're looking forward to making 2009 a busy, fun, and productive year.
At the moment we are using older demos, but we are booking a studio to record an EP in February/March 2009.
