He was named Missouri Entertainer of the Year by the AK organization and overall male actor out of over 500 contestants with the Mike Beaty Award-Dallas, TX, and overall vocalist at the University of Missouri AK's-Columbia and Rising Star-Las Vegas. In radio, television and music video, Chance has worked for Andy Williams, Glen Campbell, Spiegel, Habitat for Humanity, Premier Video, KHOZ and KRZK. Chance Havens since an early age has loved the classic blues and R&B stylists such as Joe Cocker, Howling Wolf, Ray Charles, and Delbert McClinton.Most recently, Chance Havens has brought to existence a group of talented rock musicians and named them Chance and The Chasers. They have a unique sound that is very much underlined by the blues, soul, R&B, and rock genres that Chance has come to be known for. Also to showcase their musical abilities their repertoire includes cover tunes made popular by The Blues Brothers, Audio Slave, John Melloncamp, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Ray Charles, Nine inch Nails and many more.
