Change of Heart ... central California's worship leader!
Change of Heart was formed in 2002 when bandleader Lou Wiebe and guitarist Matt Harry rose from the ashes of the band Jacob's Ladder. Since then, adding Rodney New on drums, Steve Jones on keys, Jim O'Dell on bass and Frank Salcido on percussion, CoH has consistently risen to the call of the Lord Jesus Christ to use the gifts God has given them to bring glory to His name.
CoH has always known how to "give back" ... individually and collectively supporting outreaches from Mexico to Moldova, Arizona to Africa. Already in 2008, the band has traveled to Phoenix, AZ and Tijuana, Mexico in support of youth missions. In August '08, CoH will be hosting and headlining the annual Concert for Bosnia, supporting the 14th mission trip to Sarajevo and surrounding villages for the nonprofit Help Is On The Way.
Patiently waiting on God's perfect timing, CoH began the process of polishing original songs penned by the band members in 2007, culminating in recording sessions at Hume Music Group's studio in the picturesque Kings River Canyon in central California's Sierra Nevada Mountains. Guided by industry icon Brent Lamb, CoH laid down 14 tracks of original material, resulting in the May 2008 release of their first album "Real Clear".
