Bio
Husband and father of three children, Minister Charles Collins II was born in Mobile, AL to Mr. Charles E. Collins, Sr. and Evangelist Carolyn Collins. He is the oldest of three children. Minister Collins has been singing since the age of 12 years old. His journey began in the church youth choir and he hasn’t stopped yet. Since that time, Minister Collins has served faithfully in the music ministry at his home church. He attends Goodwill Church Ministries where Apostle Jeffrey and Prophetess Sandra Thrash are his pastors. Minister Collins is a minister of the Gospel, praise and worship leader, and a psalmist. He has lead many congregations in the presence of God through his anointed singing. God has graced Minister Collins’ life with a ministry of deliverance that unlocks worship in any atmosphere. In addition to his involvement in his local church, Minister Collins has been apart of other musical groups, namely “Blessed” and “J. White and New Identity”. Minister Collins has made several appearances on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). He has also done background vocals for recording artists: Yvonne Capehart, J. White, and Angel Molette. God began to deal with Minister Collins about pursuing his own musical career. Minister Collins shared this call with his wife of five years, Erika Collins, and they went forth. As Minister Collins pursued his musical career, Charles Collins Ministries was birthed. Charles Collins Ministries is a multi-faceted ministry. The purpose of the music ministry of Charles Collins Ministries is to establish an atmosphere that is conducive for the flow of the Holy Spirit. Its purpose is to unlock worship in any atmosphere and allow those that are bound to become free: free to worship, free to cry out, free to express themselves in the presence of God. Charles Collins Ministries hosted “An Evening of Worship” on November 3, 2007. This was a CD pre-release concert debuting his freshman album entitled “Now Is The Time.”
