Charles Glenn is an entertainer who draws upon his vast wealth of knowledge and training to create unforgettable musical experiences for his audiences.

The son of an accomplished opera singer, Charles received early training in voice and percussion. Selected to perform a series of limited engagements with the Grammy-winning group "The 5th Dimension", Charles has also opened for legendary artists, including Smokey Robinson, Huey Lewis and the News, and the Allman Brothers. Charles has also performed and worked with Andre Crouch and Stellar Award winner Calvin Bridges.

He has had the opportunity to perform during gala grand openings for casinos in Kansas City and Las Vegas. His unique style and high spirited performances have been a highlight of many conferences and retreats for major corporations and organizations. In addition, Charles was selected by Don King Promotions to sing the National Anthem for two Showtime Boxing events.

Charles Glenn is a class act a performer who truly enjoys his craft and bringing joy to his audience. Whether jazz, R&B, Latin, pop, or adult contemporary, Charles Glenn does it all and does it all well. The immense talent and spontaneity that Charles brings to the stage keeps his avid fans coming back. Each performance is one of a kind. When crafting his unique renditions of familiar music, Charles creates performances that become distinctly his own. Charles' wide spectrum of musical styles appeals to any genre.

Audiences embrace his showmanship and his sincere desire to ensure that they have a good time during his performances. Charles draws his audiences into the fun and provides them with something unique, highly entertaining and long remembered.

This Emmy Award winner also had the distinct honor of singing the National Anthem for the St. Louis Rams, St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. One of Charles' most memorable moments was singing the National Anthem and "God Bless America" for the St. Louis Rams versus the New York Giants football game two weeks after September 11, 2001.

Through a program affiliated with the Fabulous Fox Theatre and the American Federation of Musicians in St. Louis, Charles has performed numerous times for local middle schools, high schools and colleges. He has strong spiritual ties and is a featured performer on several Christian and jazz CDs.

Charles is also a frequent teacher and performer at gospel workshops in Hamburg and Ahrenburg, Germany. He is an active volunteer and contributor to local schools' music and performing arts programs.

Charles studied music and business administration at Florissant Valley Community College in St. Louis, Missouri and Cypress College in Cypress, California. Charles Glenn is a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Local 2 197.
