Bio
Charlie is a native Floridian and his love for music grew during his life as he traveled and lived on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, in San Francisco, and in Central America. His passion for the violin stemmed from hearing non-traditional violinists, such as David La Flame (It's A Beautiful Day), Don "Sugarcane" Harris (John Mayal), Papa John Creech (Jefferson Airplane), and Jerry Goodman (Mahavishnu Orchestra). A serious injury claimed years of playing but Charlie went on to perform again, and was named Best Instrumental Composer in both 2003 and 2005 by the Songwriters Showcase of America.
