My output since Mikes House has been mostly just worktapes cranked out as I try to learn and leverage the Nashville style of songwriting.

Well, I wrote my first song ("If Your Boy Wants A Peanut Butter Sandwich, Let Him Have One") when I was two. I can't remember it, but ever since I've been writing songs and can't seem to stop.
For years, my friend John and I have had a very occasional band called Mikes House that's essentially a songwriters' project we inflict on rooms full of people in the Midwest, the performances fueled both by cups of coffee getting cold and bottles of Rolling Rock getting warm.
I suppose we're rock or folk or unpopular pop. And to be honest, we don't play that often.
Still, there's my inability to stop. And I have a guitar.
