Lyrics

Ossified

Written By: Charlie Wolf

Do you ever think that that all the time in which you're thinking may be
gone within a blink? it may be gone while you are blinking, but when you
told me you were leaving, I thought you were deceiving me to thinking
I am grieving and I don't think you're believing me......
Do you ever wonder if there's time for you to wonder whether
Lightening comes from thunder, whether you belong down under?
Somebody is chasing for the pleasure of not racing or
The subtleties of placing your expression on your face, I'm sure.....

Where? When?
What did I do wrong?
How, then,
can you tell me you belong with someone else?

Can you not consider that the next time you are bitter,
may be gone upon a splinter, may be coming in the winter?.
Can you not distract yourself from beliefs that you retract yourself
To constantly attack yourself, You're moving to the back, yourself......
And whether you will stay or go, the answer to it no-one knows
The answer to the problem posed, when dying is the way to go
When feeling is the key to find that other things beside your mind
May seem to find their worth in time, say to nobody that love is blind

Where? When?
What did I do wrong?
How, then,
can you tell me you belong with someone else?

Salutations to your Revelations
Constant Patience to the Winds of Change

Will you ever say goodbye, am I waiting on a lie
to see the sadness of the sky, forsaken to the sea, for my
Conscience is the way to say that nobody has every day
in keeping with the price they pay to see if anyone will play
Will you stay 'til colors fade, and names are changed and lives are made
to move upon a single spade, their past's retelling not forbade
or will you leave upon a shout of people who are coming out
to see you moving filled with doubt or wonderin' what it's all about

Where? When?
What did I do wrong?
How, then,
can you tell me you belong with someone
Where? When?
What did I do wrong?
How, then,
can you tell me you belong?
