"Press reviews"

The Album has been gaining attention from DJs, magazines, and publicists from all over the world. Chasing Jane has been interviewed live on radio by Americana’s very own Michael J. O’Neil. The band was also featured on the cover of Internet Radio Magazine and their writer, Jane Smith, stated “It is a blend of American Rock with pop-laced hooks that grab you and pull you closer for that intimate kiss of beautifully executed harmonies”. Music critic Chuck Worthy said “After over 30 years of music and artist development, I can say with certainty that Chasing Jane’s upcoming project Unravelled is indeed a Work of Art. Chelsi and DaLona have taken songwriting to an entirely new level… My recommendation is that you spend some time with Chasing Jane and become “Unravelled”. You will indeed be glad that you did.”

Bio

Chelsi and DaLona have played together in several different bands over the years and have had the privilege of touring much of the country. Though nothing could compare to excitement they have right now with the new 6 piece band Chasing Jane In the past the girls have played at sought after venues like Qwest Field and the Puyallup Fair, and have shared the stage with artists like Bryan Duncan, Circle Slide and even sang impromptu for the lovely Wynonna Judd who was moved by their performance and pulled the girls in for hugs.
Unravelled has been touched by many well known hands including Mark Guenther, engineer for The Presidents of the United States of America, and Jay Hallstrom, another one of Seattle's premier engineers. It has received rave reviews from several industry professionals including Tiffany Curtiss (front singer of Audio Unplugged) who stated about the album “I love it!”

Chelsi Marie is an area producer/publisher, and does artist development around the sound. In Chasing Jane she is the primary vocalist and songwriter and plays acoustic guitar, banjo, harmonica and piano.
DaLona Foster her stage mate and best friend, shares the front of the act and adds the honey to the music with her amazing harmonies. She also occasionally sings lead, plays harmonica, piano, percussion and contributes to the song writing as well. The band is full of gifted members each playing multiple instruments in the band.
Thom Collins (also the owner/engineer of P3 Studios) plays acoustic guitar and a mean lap steel in CJ.
Mark Gosney their drummer adds style and fun plus occasionally moves over to bass for acoustic sets. Bryan Reynolds a well know Seattle producer, pianist, and performer plays electric, lap steel, mandolin and Keys in the band.
Jeff Hatfiled is a well established Architectural Designer and is the newest addition. He jams on a 6 sting bass and has no trouble putting down the groove that makes you want to move!
All the guys are singers in their own right and also occasionally join in live to build harmony and get the audience singing too!

The Album has been gaining attention from DJs, magazines, and publicists from all over the world. Unravelled received a very strong response and significant airplay during a recent limited release to radio.
Chasing Jane has been interviewed live on radio by Americana’s very own Michael J. O’Neil where he now DJ's the "Whose Bad Now Show" on KGHP with enthusiastic response from listeners.

The band has special interest in helping foster kids and children in need/at risk youth. The band is searching for an organization to platform with, but for now Chelsi and DaLona just privately volunteer at local group homes doing music therapy and occasionally speak at local events and fundraisers. DaLona also travelled to Thailand this January 2010 to volunteer at 9 orphanages and border camps.
