Cheers!

The band Cheers! was founded about beginning of February 2010, in the first grade of archaeological studies. Pavel, Filip and bassguitarist Pája just accidentally ran onto each other and started to plan a band since then. Pavel – acoustic guitar player/singer already tried to play kinda celtic stuffs with his girfriend Káta – whistle/flute player but they didn’t know any others. So Filip with his violin skills came useful. After a few acoustic sessions, they put an advertisment into a local newspapers and suddenly Honza – el. Guitarist appeard and the band started to get some guts. During that, Pája always talked about a friend of hers that can play the accordeon and about a month later Fredy – the accordeonist‘d join the band. Acoustic section was full, so as part of rythmycal section. But there was a still one place left. Fortunately, the advertisment they run did the great job and fill that missing space with drummer Préma – the only person with serious musical hystory. Thanks to that, the band runs as never before. Fast and on the dot.

2011/10 – The band participate in music competition „Skutecná liga“ and advanced to the semi-final but unfortunately did not succeed. The video-records from competition are available here...

2011/12 – The song Bard is played for the first time publicly in a local radio
