Chemical Swings are a powerpop band with wild eyes and open hearts. Poignant and energetic, they may have been cryogenically frozen in 1993 and thawed out for Pop Montreal 2007. Think of Dinosaur Jr., Elliott Smith's first band Heatmiser, and Modest Mouse.
