Chenaniah is Paul Zarvis' music. Paul is a Berklee College of music educated musician living in Albany New York. He is also a worship leader at his church and owns the only all Christian recording studio in the New York Capital District.
Paul has written many Christian songs and Chenaniah is the name which he picked from the bible for his music. (1 Chron. 15). Chenaniah was chosen by King David to be the leader of all music and worship in the temple "because he was skilful."
Paul became a Christian after 26 years of heroin and alcohol addiction and 11 years in NY state prison for crimes to support his drug habit.
God changed Paul and now his music is in service to the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what Chenaniah is all about. Worship and Christ centered music.
Paul is basically a keyboard player and recording engineer with over 20 years of professional performing experience.
With Chenaniah, Paul would like put all his creative effort together in one place and let the music be created through prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit with the hopes that people who listen to Chenaniah's music will want to worship the Lord too and that the gospel message of Jesus Christ will shine through with every song
