Chenko is a new five piece band from London, featuring the twisted, acerbic and off-kilter lyrics of Stan Mytkowski and a bitchin' brew of sounds that don't perhaps get allowed out to play with each other all too often, lovingly shaped and occasionally torn to pieces by musicians living down pasts with bands as varied as Stereolab, Supercharger and Billy Mahonie.
