The Cherry Garcia Band is comprised of experienced musicians who have come together to celebrate the music of the Jerry Garcia Band and Grateful Dead. Guitarist Joe Ferland has been following the Dead since he was a young lad and after playing in various bands and genres over the years, has put together a band he has always envisioned. CGB has been together since December 2017 and are thrilled to be a part of the vibrant Toronto Dead scene. They have already taken their show on the road playing their old stomping ground, the Parkside Lounge in NYC. When possible, they are joined by their talented artist friends who set up a mini-Shakedown Street for all to enjoy. They show their love for Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead with their electrifying sound, psychedelic jams, and positive vibes.
