Bio
After stints with L.A.'s Orchids, Josie Cotton, Berlin, Puss 'n' Boots, Phil Seymour, Charlie Sexton, and her own band, Trinity Street, Pittsburgh native Ché Zuro decided to do it on her own! She mixes Beatle-ina pop with the acoustic grit of Led Zeppelin, mixing rock with folk, pop with country, shaking up a sound all of her own. Ché's work as a songwriter, alone and with writing partner Tisa Adamson, has received accolades in both the John Lennon Songwriting Contest and the Billboard Songwriting Contest. She has also placed several songs in feature films, including the critically acclaimed indie film “Gypsy 83.” This part time Los Angeles fashion model and multi-instrumentalist has been touring promoting her 6th release on her label Youghiogheny River records, “Walking Toward The Sun.” Live Performances have taken her from the stages of the Durango Summer Festival and The Millpond Music Festival to Mammoth Mountain Ski resort. Some of her other favorite performances include the Ohiopyle Music in The Mountains Fest in SW Pennsylvania, Good Morning Arizona Television show, and opening for pal Don Felder of the Eagles at a charity event in Tampa, FL.
