Nafesh, the Hebrew word for soul, is the source from which music at its best can be expressed to all people. Therefore, it is through the soul of an individual that if guided properly could bring about a positive change into the world. Nafesh as an independent Israelite record company and as an entity that represents the soul will serve as the vehicle that fosters and guides artists in the right direction, thus, to promote great success and prosperity in the Israelite community.
Nafesh Records is a multimedia record company, which will supply profitable, positive, audio and visual entertainment to a diverse, international consumer group. Nafesh is committed to wholesome entertainment across the board and firmly believes that quality; palatable entertainment can be realized without compromising commercial appeal. Nafesh distinguishes itself through the commitment it undertakes with each of its artists, contrasting the typical scenario in which a record company spends more money producing the music than they do in its marketing and promotion, Nafesh will utilize a stable of experienced and resourceful producers to ensure the highest quality product within established production budgets. This, in conjunction with the financing and expertise necessary to stage intense, relentless marketing campaigns will guarantee the impetus necessary to create “winning” products in the marketplace.
The company will compete and earn revenue immediately through the creation of several lucrative profit centers, beginning with recorded music [compact discs (CDs), enhanced CDs (sound, video and picture combination), cassette tapes and vinyl albums.] Additional income will be produced from distribution, video, merchandising and concert promotion.
Nafesh, in its beginning stages, have been blessed with the release of its first Ehanced/Music CD entitled “First Fruits”. First Fruits is a collaboration of Israelite artists who have come together to represent Yah with song and praise. Children of Yisrael is a group of Israelite musicians, artists, and producers who share in the oneness of proclaiming Yah's name throughout the earth through song, dance, poetry, and spoken word. The holy scriptures teach that every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Yah is Lord of the world; and therefore, this is the ultimate goal of our band and the music that we deliver and represent.
When we proclaim the name of Yah throughout the earth, there are many different ways to accomplish this desired outcome. Israelite music consists of singing praises to Yah and revealing socials issues that affect the Israelite community and the World aboard. One interesting aspect of our music is the personal approach we take to heal the individual soul, and thus to bring peace to the whole body, soul, spirit and mind. Our music is filled with soulful melodies and yet, while the soul is being entertained, there is an inspiring element in our music that uplifts one from pain, heartache, stress, and depression.
Music is a great tool to inspire and educate the soul and our sentiment and objective at Nafesh Records to utilize the gift of song in a positive and uplifting way, thus to impact the Israelite community and the world the abroad.
