Freak

Feedback:
The vocals are very strong and have great soul for the Motown style op. The backgrounds are more geared toward modern R&B but they have a relationship with the 60's and 70's. The lyrics are very sensual and are brought to life by the emotional vocals and backgrounds. This song is being considered for the op. - Music Ops Board

Feedback:
Great and full bodied female vocal. Good control and flare. Compression used for vocal is right on target. Mix is stellar. Has the head bob factor.

In he end a great track with a nice groove. Vocalist's technicality is very well matured and has a sense of confidence. - Music Ops Board

What Could Be Better

The vocals are wonderful and pure and great to listen to. The instrumentals do a nice job letting the vocals shine and take the show. This song is being considered for the music op. - Music Ops Board

Bio

California-raised but Appalachian infused is how Chloe likes to describe both her music and her personality. The product of African and Native American parents, her music reflects the influences she received from an ancestry deeply rooted in music.  A singer/songwriter since the age of 5, Chloe finds inspiration in everyday situations and turns  them into heartfelt, relatable lyrics. Whether singing in the UC Berkeley Gospel Choir, or as a lead vocalist in bands such as Foreverland, Soul Society, No Regrets, and the Lush Life Duet, Chloe has always felt the most fulfilled when she's performing for people.

She has worked for indie label, TMG (Temple Music Group), written and recorded for Sleeping Giant Records in West Hollywood, worked alongside legendary producers such as Ken Caillat and Eric Berdon. Her writing skills have garnered accolades from the West Coast Songwriter's Association, Songwriter Universe, the John Lennon Music Foundation, and the Renaissance Artists and Writer's Association. Chloe also writes and performs for non-profit organizations. She particularly loves performing for kids. One of her favorite gigs to date was directing a children's choir benefitting a battered women and children's shelter in San Rafael.
