Bio

Before start read this take the kids and elderlies out of the room, press play and prepare to dazzled.
Chorume in english means "Leachate". It is the liquid that drains or 'leaches' from a landfill.
Like his "namesake" Chorume also has a heavy organic load, added to acid neurons screaming reality, riffs and beats that protest against failed institutions such as police and government, but also celebrates the status of being a "Bon Vivant".
Even going against the trendy, Chorume is being recognised as the best thing in the brazilian rock scene and they have been shaking the local scene with unforgetable gigs, raising day by day a strong fan base.
Formed by Carioca (Drums - Aditive, Presto?, RHD), Hospede (Guitar - Aditive, Ex-Dead Fish), Caio and Lamb (Vocals), Chorume was formed in 2006 and has gone the way of extreme music since then.
Their first album just released, recorded at Da Tribo studio is the consolidation of a solid career very well managed and also a breath of life in the brazilian rock scene.
They have sold an impressive number of 1000 copies in just 2 weeks and by the way they are doing this 100% independent.
The crew involved in this wonderful album has the legendary brazilian producer Ciero (Krisiun, Claustrophobia), and produced by Hospede (Dead Fish, Prelude, Laraza, Sugar Kane, A-OK), the album was mastered by Brendan Duffey (current bassist), who has worked with Anthrax, Bad Brains, Cannibal Corpse, Machine Head, Sepultura and Slayer.
The album takes the band's name and from the beggining to the end it is an invitation to the listener kick some asses over the house and put the stereo to scream.
