Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, in 2006 a vision was placed upon the heart of Jason Glasser, to put a music ministry together, that became known as CHOSEN Ministry. The Mission statement of CHOSEN Ministry is:
CHOSEN Ministry's mission is to exalt, praise, and worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to bring his word to His children. CHOSEN Ministry's music will help save souls and bring the word of salvation and eternal life through a moving musical experience.
CHOSEN Ministry is a gospel/Funk Kingdom music praise and worship ministry based in the Dallas/FT Worth region. The musical influences of Chosen Ministry are Israel Houghton and New Breed, John P Kee, Fred Hammond, to name a few.
In 2006 CHOSEN Ministry recorded a song to have merely as a demo, John p Kee's RIGHT HERE. What started as a demo is now part of a three song EP called Alpha Omega. CHOSEN's music is being played on approximately 10 internet radio stations, with one in the Philippines and one in Hawaii. Right Here was picked to be in the Indieheaven.com's Radio top 20 for the month of November 2007, and was played nightly on the Indieheaven XM radio show. The Corner Church picked up Right Here to be on it's Podcast. Internet stations currently playing CHOSEN music are TSR The Spirit Radio, Hope Radio, GLORI Radio, Gospelpower FM, Holy Revival Radio, Christian Origignals Live 365, Classic Christian Radio, One Nation FM, Hope Radio, White Dove Radio, KGCM Radio, KWWJ Gospel 1360,Gospel 92.5 FM in Nassau Bahamas
Currently Chosen Ministry is the featured band of the week for the week of 3/3/08 on Glori Radio. CHOSEN Ministry has just been picked up for play by 100,000 watt station KIJN in the Amarillo TX area, as well as KJTX 104.5 FM, High Energy Gospel in Longview TX..
