Chris BONE Garza

West Texas native Chris Bone Garza (CBG) is an upcoming self managed independent hip hop artist, producer, singer, song writer, composer, publisher, founder of CBG Publishing and the Up With Hope Charity Music Festival. Also signed to Bentley Records.

Chris Bone Garza has become one of the fastest rising West Texas Hip Hop Artists and the very first Hip Hop Artist from his area to sign a record deal with a highly accredited record label. He also helps struggling artists to educate themselves on the Independent Music Grind movement.

Self educated, self produced and self managed, CBG began creating and developing his own music and sound as a hobby at the age of 20.

Music had been very influential to him during high school, as him and some of his friends would freestyle to instrumentals in their free time. Ever since then CBG has had a strong interest and passion to create his own music.

For the past couple of years CBG had gradually been pursuing a professional music career. Educating himself in marketing and business by attending seminars and studying the basics and fundamentals. This has given him the tools to build a strong foundation.

Performing in countless showcases, local shows, 2 small tours and organizing his own events in Texas. CBG has developed himself into a very promising artist on the rise.

In October 2015 and again in March 2017 he attended the "On The Radar" event presented by Urban Threshold Inc. A public relations company in New York City that connects independent artists to major record labels. The event gives artists an opportunity to audition their music and brand to an A&R; representative for potential label consideration. In 2015 he met with Randy "Spanish Ran" Rodriguez of Roc Nation and in 2017 he met with Vashon "Rap" Straws of Universal/Republic Records.

CBG received very positive and useful feedback from both labels to help him further his career as a independent hip hop artist and to put himself in a more promising position.
