With strong vocals and catchy guitar riffs, Chris Carpenter can capture an audience. He writes and performs heartfelt songs about life and love full of melodic hooks set to hints of rock, folk and funk.

Biography

Born into a family of musicians and music lovers, it was inevitable that music would be an integral part of Winchester, KY native, Chris Carpenter's life. By the time he was 11, he had picked up several instruments and even begun writing songs. At 18, he went to Nashville where he studied music for a couple of years and completed his first EP, "What Am I Waiting For?" One year later, he began production on his first full-length album, "Falling Out of the Atmosphere," which was released in 2007. His song "One and Only" was recently featured on the Young and the Restless. Chris's newest album, "If I Run," was released in 2009. Chris showcased at NACA Midamerica 2009 and is currently performing at colleges, coffee shops, and clubs.
