Bio

Chris first hit the music scene in 2002 when he wrote and recorded an album called "For You". This album was released in the South-East of Ireland was a major seller. Chris then made his nationwide break in 2004 when he entered an Irish version of "American Idol" After 12 weeks of singing live he was announced the winner of the programme with over 1 million people voting. He then went on to record the winning single "If My World Stopped Turning" which flew straight into the charts at No.1 and held that position for 4 weeks and stayed in the Top10 for a further 7 Weeks.

Chris received a Double- Platinum disc for sales in excess of 75,000 units and it was the biggest selling single of 2004. His next release was "Nothing's Gonna Change My Love" which hit No.2 and stayed there for 4 Weeks, his 3rd release was a version of the Richard Marx's song "Right Here Waiting" and that went straight to No. 8 in December 2004, held that position for 3 weeks. Chris then recorded an album called "Right Here" which has a variety of classic songs from "End Of The Road", "Superstition", & "Looking For Love". All songs were re-produced and made to suit Chris's style.

In 2006 Chris started to break into the American market where he got radio, TV and magazine promotion across the USA. He done a remix of the classic Tracy Chapman's song "Fast Car" which proved to be a major hit. Later that year Chris went to California to work with Eddie G Music in Pasadena, California. There they both came up with the song "You Know You Want It". Eddie G produced the beat and Chris wrote the lyrics to the song.

Chris's recent work has been with 2 major producers from Warner Chappell in Sweden where they wrote the hit song "Hey Girl", He has also worked with various other big names recently in California and is just back from workin with award winning producers in Flordia USA.. He is also heading soon to Africa where his tracks are currently hitting the airwaves, Chris also has major interest coming from the US market with various labels and radio stations looking for his music..
