Bio

After 5 EPs, radio airplay in California and Maryland, and film placement in London, Creven is moving to another chapter in his life.

His last CD project from 2009 recreates the mood of men from street hip/blues culture that are not hip hopping, which gives the songs a human, or soulful, feel, that are truly entertaining.

Now with a heavier more progressive hipster blues style Creven has 16 new songs for his first LP project.

Creven developed as a percussionist as a child, and later did production work with US east coast independent artists and labels. His first production experience was at age 18 with a Baltimore local label where he arranged the percussion for a hip hop song. Creven grew up in Baltimore, Maryland where he began developing into a blues/soul/rock artist from jazz/soul/r&b.

He gigged the New York/Virginia area with a band while in college on the eastern shore of Maryland years ago.

After college he recorded 3 EPs in both the jazz and indie rock genres that received radio airplay at specific college jazz stations for "Let This Lady Be" and "Hey" , which received film placement in London. England while the later promo song "Path In Life" received at a Maryland FM radio station.

Creven has a book entitled "Shades of Cool" that is pending release to stores.

The artist traveled between Baltimore, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas between for over a decade which inspired his most impressive hip/blues songs between 2010 and 2013.

www.reverbnation.com is the artist's chosen distributor of the indie EPs while new songs are written for his first full LP CD.
