Bio

Michael Molenda, editor in chief of Guitar Player magazine says, "He has a soaring tone and wonderful sense of melody. Keep an ear, or two on this guy." Since his debut release of Rebirth, Chris' music has been featured in Guitar Player Magazine, Guitar World Magazine, 2Oth Century Guitar Magazine and Premier Guitar Magazine. Chris was invited to participate in the compilation that has been called, "the best instrumental rock albums in recent memory".
Chris' exciting remake of Whole Lotta Love, the classic Led Zeppelin track "captured the very essence of Zeppelin" and Mix Magazine called it "every bit as good as the original, yet with a unique flair." BHP Music also invited him to appear on tributes to the legendary Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck to released throughout 2009. In addition, he will appear on the acclaimed Guitar Masters series with Steve Vai, Jimmy Page, Eric Johnson, BB King, Steve Morse and more! Appearance, Chris' follow up to Rebirth will also be released in 2009 and will no doubt, with the help of his label will secure him a unique place in the world of instrumental guitar music.

He has been invited to be the support act with such acts as Al DiMeola, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Eric Johnson, Gov't Mule, Blue Oyster Cult and more. His music crosses "marketing genres" and continues to gain acceptance from musicians and non-musicians alike and has a growing audience of fans of all ages and genders. His audience on any given night can be filled with an equal amount of males, females, guitar players, DJ's, electronica artists, singer-songwriters and artists. His stage performances have been called "captivating and mesmerizing."

"Rebirth was the record I should have made years prior, yet at the same time appeared at the very moment it should have," Chris says of his debut effort. "It was a very renewing experience to record music like this."
He didn't rehearse the songs, in fact most were not even written until the record light was on. "I had just ended a two year relationship with a commercial rock band that was an "almost success." It was a great experience but the schedule was grueling. Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse, record, record, record. Show, show, show. We were a TIGHT band for sure, but I just felt it was freeing to be a bit more in the moment, and not so rehearsed."
