Chris McDonald

Well I, myself, have been playing shows across the state of Michigan for the last year and enjoyed playing in various venues. I love to write music that describes my feelings toward life so my biggest influence is life itself but musically my biggest influences are Regina Spektor, Portugal. The Man, Bob Dylan, Dave Kellan, Glen Hansard, Bryan Rombalski, Eric Clapton, Cat Stevens and Jack Johnson. What sets me apart from other bands is that really for a performance it could be just me performing or a full band. I like to surprise people with the format the most. Also since I write a lot of my own music I like to put different variations on individual pieces to keep up intrigue. My story is fairly simple, I a young musician that is attempting to break into the industry. I hope to share my music with others and more importantly share my stories and perspective with others. I will be off to college next year hopefully for music but right now I am just enjoying the entertainment music has given me.
