Chris Nauman is a singer/songwriter who pumps passion into his performance with his dynamic guitar work and expressive vocals, he commands the stage with a keen sense of honesty and freshness.
Drawing inspiration from Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen and Pete Seeger, among many others, Nauman channels his mid Western sensibilities into a spirited blend of folk rock.
Sometimes caressing, sometimes kinetic, his music is always sure to please. Nauman has experienced life from many angles seeking to follow the path of better angels. Whether playing with the Chris Nauman Band or solo, he will take you to higher ground with his music.
From a working class neighborhood in Cleveland, OH to the hills of Appalachia to the streets of Los Angeles to the ivory tower of medical school, Nauman distills his life experience into an energy of a vibrant now in each song he sings.
