Bio
Born in Manchester England, Chris started his career as a recording artist and Live performer, over ten years ago with marketing genius Nigel Martin-Smith (Take That’s Manager). Over the years Chris has Co-written and recorded a number of songs, for both himself and other artists, as well as various novelty projects for TV.
From working with EMI and Sony ATV Publishing in the UK and IT Records/ Rhythm Safari here in Australia, Chris is no stranger to the recording industry and is now signed to an independent label ‘NuMusic Records’.
Chris landed in Australia over four years ago to join the band ‘Ultimo’. Ultimo recorded an album, toured, appeared on MTV’s TRL, Rove and Video Hits and had continuous airplay on radio and TV stations, including Sydney’s Nova 96.9, Rage and Channel V. They also supported the likes of Peter Frampton, INXS, Screaming Jets and worldwide multi platinum selling band – Nickelback…..
Since Ultimo Chris has been writing and recording new material for new album ‘Start The Show’. This record is shaping up to be an easy listening Pop/ Rock collection of reasonably catchy but honest songs…...
You can take what you want from his songs or his performances, and you can make up your own mind; but one thing that cannot be argued is that his heart sits comfortably on his sleeve with his soul putting everything into the show.
An artist not to be ignored and a show not to be missed………..
