For country music fans, one of the highlights of CMT's "Born Country" was Pheonix, Arizona native Christian Bradley, a dyed-in-the-wool country singer whose electrifying vocal performances have won him the hearts of fans across the country.
If it's true what they say, that parenthood teaches some of the most profound lessons in life, this could partly explain the depth and soul of singer-songwriter Christian Bradley's alt-country, southern rock performances.
After taking second place at the Colgate Country Showdown in Nashville, Tennessee, Christian teamed up with vocal trainers Jessica Ford, Kim Woods Sandusky (Destiny's Child Cinderella) and Brett Manning (Keith Urbans vocal coach). Soon after Christian also competed in Renee Grant Williams' Showcase and out of 186 contestants from across the United States won Best Male Singer Performer and went on to train with Renee vocally.
Growing up with a father who played with George Strait for over a decade, it was second nature to Christian to play over 140 shows in 12 states in 2007. Even with all the demands touring puts on a rising star, Christian and his band have still found the time to work on their new album with writers like Justin Hayes (head writer for Universal-BMG), Chris Warren (Kenny Chesney's-Don't Blink) and soon George Ducas (Sara Evans, Kenny Chesney and many others).
Tony Summers is Christian Bradley's co-writer and lead guitarist from Hendersonville, Tennessee. Tony has been touring for the past 6 years with such acts as Dierks Bentley, Sugarland, Darrell Worley and Cross Canadian Ragweed just to name a few.
Like Christian, Tony's family has a strong presence in the annals of country music. Tony's grandfather 'Clyde Moody' was one of Bill Monroe's original Blue Grass Boys and is now honored in the Country Music Hall of Fame as the 'King of Country Music Waltz'.
This dynamic team delivers a performance that you don't want to miss. Just take one look at their fans and you will see a dedicated group of people who will come out to venues small and large to show there support.
