Lyrics

Deep

Written By: Christine Ben-Ameh

Seventh of November
Do you still remember
when you said our love
would only last forever
gave you excuses
gave you time
my heart to you surrendered
now you say I'm outta my mind

I wanted more you were not sure
wanted none you wanted some
minute i cry I'm out the door
then you are pulling me back
I can't keep handling things this way

It's the way that you are, you are, you are
and the way that you smile, you smile, you smile
and the way that you talk to me and say
you're sorry
And the way that you say my name, my name
and the way that you stay the same, the same
it's the way that you're filling me
so deep

Twenty eight December
you should have remembered
but you say you're busy and you're driving
but you'll call back
running out of excuses to give
I pack my bags and I wanna leave

I wanted more you were not sure
wanted none you wanted some
minute i cry I'm out the door
then you are pulling me back
I can't keep handling things this way

It's the way that you are, you are, you are
and the way that you smile, you smile, you smile
and the way that you talk to me and say
you're sorry
And the way that you say my name, my name
and the way that you stay the same, the same
it's the way that you're filling me
so deep

How to love

Written By: Christine Ben-Ameh

people don't know how to love
people don't know how to love
to live they're dying
to want they're giving
people don't know how to love
people don't know how to love
to hug they squeeze you
to kiss they wet you

tell me why
nothing we ever do
is good enough for them
tell me why
we all want a good return
for nothing we do

every moment that we're living
goes like the wind
people don't know how to love
people don't know how to love
every moment that we're living
never may return to us
people don't know how to love
people don't know how to love

tell me why
nothing we ever do
is good enough for them
tell me why
we all want a good return
for nothing we do

NEVER LOVED ME

Written By: Christine Ben-Ameh

Look at me
All I had to do was disappear
Can't you see
the only side that's left is not so clear
now I know
shadows run freely
of every word I never got to say

But we live and we learn
from the pain that we feel inside

was it you or was it me
was it something that I did
where my eyes too blind
to see you never loved me (repeat)

falling rain
reminds me of the pact we both made
but we fail
as infinitely as the rain must fade
now I know
when we come we must go
and every story definitely ends

But we live and we learn
from the pain
that we feel inside

was it you or was it me
was it something that I did
where my eyes too blind
to see you never loved me (repeat)

Now I know
it's crystal clear
I was blind and couldn't see
you were never there
but you're always here
to take my soul from me

was it you or was it me
was it something that I did
where my eyes too blind
to see you never loved me

Soul Survivor

Written By: Christine Ben-Ameh

They lost every battle so they fought me at the field of my mind
and they won
yes they won
sworn to rebellion
my loyalty has just begun
Nemesis has just begun
but I fall yes I fall
Like a dream I'm barely holding on
I close my eyes
the battle has just begun

I'm a soul survivor
I fall but I'm revived
yes a soul survivor
I'll never let you down
nooooo
