Imagine the illegitimate child of Elvis Costello and Jill Sobule (hey, it's physically possible) often having been babysat by his uncles Johnny Cash and John Hiatt. Growing up, he spent a lot of time hanging around with his buddies Jack Black and Evan Dando.
Not unlike Jack and Evan, he was schooled on classic rock, but chose the instrument of the folkster to create his art; acoustic guitar.
Enduring awkward stares from an annoyed neighbor, Mr. Zevon, and occasionally, being beaten to a pulp by "E," the psychologically-unstable bully down the street, our hero managed to grow into what he is today...
