Bio

Since casually learning piano at the age of six, Chris was never very good at practicing other people's songs. Instead he would find melodies and harmonies he enjoyed and explore their sonic possibilities. With no realization as to what he was doing, Chris began inadvertently writing new songs each time he practiced.
Growing up in Toronto, Ontario Chris was exposed to a variety of different styles and genres of music. His parents played everything from the Chopin to Juluka to The Beatles, let alone all the interesting music festivals surrounding his neighbourhood.
When Chris was 16 he finally started attempting to finish his ideas and actually write a complete song. From then on his path in life took a slight turn from a career in film making to a career in music making. With a strong love for film still lingering, Chris strives to capture the emotional and the cinematic elements of film in his own music.
Presently Chris composes for many different companies, bands and artists, however he also performs in several bands such as Mutewoods, The Vibonics and Tired Pilot, keeping his passion for the stage alive and well.
Chris is scheduled to perform his single "Dive" with fellow musician friends from Seneca College's Independent Music Production program on September 17th at The El Mocambo in Toronto.
At the age of 21, look for this young artist on your musical radar as he's bound to be here indefinitely.
