Christ Punchers MPLS

Besides having the best band name in town right now, The Christ Punchers play straight-up pop-punk that's here for a good time and doesn't care who knows it. The band's bio consists of a single sentence in very large type; "GOOD MUSIC FOR DRINKING," It's short, but accurate. If more evidence is needed, check out the bands succinct philosophy as expounded on the new MPLS: "I guess we'd really just like to say FUCK IT'" It's the same kind of freewheeling, hard-driving, and fun power-pop approach taken bythe SOviettes, so it's no surprise that MPLS includes guest vocals from that band's Susy Sharp. - The Onion, Dec 1st
