Chug-a-Lug

The band was formed in Dec. 2010. Brothers Paul and Roddy Lopez have been playing together in various rock and blues bands since their teen years. Paul and guitarist Dean Beilke formed their first band in 1996 and have been playing together on and off ever since. Along with Roddy, the three have shared the stage with local acts such as Nick Moss and the Fliptops, Heartsfield, as well as legends Elvin Bishop, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Dickey Betts. Bassist Tim Bednarek has played in dozens of local acts in his 40+ years on the scene, with one of his highlights being opening for the one and only Muddy Waters. Band influences include: Muddy Waters, Free, RobinTrower, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The Allman Bros, SRV, Freddie King, The Beatles, B.B. King, Tab Benoit, Fabulous T-Birds,and more
