In 1999, at the dawn of the millenium, Chuk Fowler, jazz pianist, thrust himself into an intergeneration - a cultural world that musically bridges twenty-somethings and people their grandparents age. A world of cool groove.

Throughout this release we follow the movement of the music as it reflects man's passage through life. From the days of our youth, to nurturing a family, and finally to our conscious understanding of what life means to us. These transitions are captured in featured songs such as "Grandpa's Stroll" where Chuk's memories and experiences of feeling comforted, protected and supported during walks with his grandfather have led to the foundation of his relationships with other people. In "Celestial Man", we explore the relationship of man to the universe; the wholistic truth of man's undeniable connection to all creation and what a true blessing that is.
