...indie fusion phenomenon CIA stepped forward to thrill the crowd. Trading on the multi-instrumentalist skills of Matt Williams, Roddy Wilder, Steven Foster and Matthew Hoagland, the quartet from Cullhowee, NC showed massive chops and outstanding showmanship throughout their funky, jazzy set as they clipped out virtuoso performances on guitar, electric violin, electric and fretless bass, keyboards, saxophone, clarinet, and more percussion instruments than a drum shop.
Serving up a wonderful stew that mixed the best of a raft of influences to create their own dynamic style, the foursome brought wonderful vocal harmonies and a crowd-pleasing performance in support of their forthcoming album Blowback. - South Knox--Seymour Times

We are C.I.A. and we are here to inform you. Here is what you need to know...
C.I.A. formed in the Spring of 2008. Our quartet aims for Indie via the fusion of hip-hop, rock, soul and jazz. The debut album, entitled "Blowback", is in the works for a Fall release. Enjoy the mixes that will be updated during the recording process. Tell your friends if you like it and come dance it up at every show! The C.I.A. wants you to celebrate life, enjoy music, and groove daily.
