Cielo 69

Cielo 69 established in the year 2002 in Dallas,Texas. Their sound has been compared to Hereos del Silencio, La Ley, the Cure, and Orgy. The band was originally known as Heavan 69. Coming from South Dallas, is where the band was approached bÿ a local Spanish promoter who liked the band's style. He called their style "fresa music." He had one request, the band sing their music in Spanish. The transition was made. From that point on Cielo 69 has headline local shows at Hard Rock Cafe, have played in Latin music festival in Houston, Chicago, and have opened for major acts in Dallas. Recently, Cielo 69 performed a successful showcase at the 2007 Billboard Latin Awards in Miami, Florida. The band has expanded their relentless efforts with shows in Mexico. They have done radio interviews at Sirius Satellite Radio in New York and EXA radio in Mexico. This band is ready to take on the Latin music scene and bring their unique sound to the Latin Rock movement currently taking place in the USA!!! Check them out ...you will not be disappointed!!!
