Lyrics

Rain

Written By: Cindy V

Rain falling down in my life
Seems strange I just can’t fight it
What will it be like tomorrow?

Overcast and cloudy skies
Can’t see any sunshine near
What will a new day bring tomorrow?

Falling on me, all around me
Water I see, dripping on me,
Falling on me, all around me
Water I see, dripping on me,

When will the seasons change?

Storms gather rain is splashing
Heavy skies keep on moving
What will a change bring tomorrow?

Tired of the endless pouring
Streaming water into my life
What will a new day bring tomorrow?

Falling on me, all around me
Water I see, dripping on me,
Falling on me, all around me
Water I see, dripping on me,

When will the seasons change?
When will the seasons change?
When will the seasons change?

Uncharted waters

Written By: Cindy V

Biting cold and dark
Climbing a narrow track
Sands are shifting
Beautiful, clean air
Shadows creep away
Textures are changing

Restless, raging sea
Waves rolling on and on
Tide is moving
Swirling, sweeping storm
Currents driving ‘round
Wind is turning

Now the sun rises all over me
I’m stepping out off this shore

A new day in my life is dawning
Fresh rain from heaven is falling
Take me out
To uncharted waters
Take me out
To where I’ve never been before

Heavy, clouded sky
Fog is chased away
Haze is lifting
Distant horizon
Coming closer now
Land is rising

Breaking, light of day
Illuminating visions
Sun is shining
Safe and well known shore
Footprints washed away
I am leaving

Be a compass for my journey
An anchor for my soul
Oh, lead me on,
