Mark Edward Sierra(born April 17, 1998), know professionally as Cipher, is a African American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Cipher gained recognition shortly after dropping his debut single 'Come Thru' which saw his gain over 10,000 plays within a few days. Intent on pursuing a career in music, he took a break from college to focus on his debut mixtape, City Limits. Since the release of 'Come Thru', Cipher has dropped numerous singles including his most recent freestyle 'Two Birds One Stone Freestyle' and plans on dropping City Limits sometime during Fall 2019.
