"Acoustic Performance"

"The Thought" - Tim Quall's Show

"Review "Circle of Sanity"

"The songs are good with catchy riffs and solid musicianship"
"If heavier melodic rock is to your liking, Circle of Sanity may be a band to watch." - Sea of Tranquility (Jon Neudorf)

"STOLI THINKS WE COULD ALL USE SOME CIRCLE OF SANITY NOW"

Coming out of Lancaster, PA is Circle Of Sanity. These guys came together through bandmix.com and found synergy beyond the Internet. These guys rock hard with songs that acually mean something and their self-titled EP proves just that. Join us as Circle of Sanity speaks on the EP, drugs & music, unemployment benefits, and a copy of “Streets Of Madness” MP3. - Skope Magazine

"Muzic Review for C.O.S."

"Their music packs a punch and can be considered as hard rock bordering on metal. The EP is a good introduction that gives you a band right on the edge of breaking out."
"The twin guitar attack is loud, fast and hard and the influences of bands like Metallica and Megadeth are heard in different spots as the songs play through."
"Circle of Sanity are still in the embryonic stage and right on the cusp of a major breakthrough."

- Muzic Reviews (Keith Hannaleck)

"Gene Foley Review"

"I liked the songs very much and as you read above, the scores are very high. The musicianship was the highlight for me."
"I liked the music so much, I checked out all give tracks on your EPK, more than the three the opportunity calls for."
"I don't give out 4's and 5's easily, so any of those you see, you have earned. Well done!" - Gene Foley

Bio

Circle of Sanity formed in September of 2008 Combining an array of styles. Josh Sapna(lead vocals and lead guitar). Guitar influences include David Gilmour, Jimmy Page, Randy Rhodes, and Steve Vai. Dan Molkenthin (lead and rythm guitar) is a classically trained guitarist with influences similar to Josh Sapna's. Josh Austin (bass guitar) is a melodic bassist with influences from Pink Floyd to Tool. Kevin Horner (drums) has his roots in hardcore metal ranging from Pantera and Biohazard to Lamb of God and Slipknot. We were brought together by bandmix.com and ever since then we have been writing new material, performing some songs that were written by individual members before we were together, and Playing shows locally and regionally. We've done verything from 50 seat bars to 1000 seat clubs like the Chameleon Club, the Silo in Reading, Gullifty's and Mac's club in Maryland. Within three months of the bands first show with the new bass player at Millennium conference 2011 we have risen into the top ten of all rock bands in the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Reading areas on the reverbnation charts. We have been added to the rotation of 14 College radio stations in only one radio campaign, and we've had some spins on the River 97.3's local show. We also had two cycles of spins on Jango internet radio. Through the course of those Jango spins we collected 72 registered fans and a lot more "likes". The reports from those spins show that we are reaching an incredibly wide demographic in both age and genre. The fans we have collected in a limited amount of spins range in ages from 15 to 60 and in genre we have fans ranging from the hardest metal all the way to lighter rock. One thing remains consistent through every show we do and that's an overwhelming positive response from our audiences.
