Citrus Maxima

Citrus Maxima was created in 2014 when
songwriter Lucas David Rinaldi took two
friends and encouraged them to play drums and bass. 1 year later the band actually
traveled to Abbey Road studios and started 
pre-production for their first album
"Bloom". Recorded in 2017, Citrus Maxima's Bloom presented a
variety of well received, critically acclaimed songs, exemplifying power pop
rock to lo-fi, intertwined with the theme of a coming of age.If
'Bloom" was a solid debut, the June 2019, release of the EP "Manic
Pixie Dream Girl" represents the maturing of their musical direction and
identity. MPDG is a 5 song set that defines and focuses the bands sound
to a infectiously groovy, lush, yet lo-fi modern sound that is as well
written as it is impossible to ignore. These are breakout caliber songs,
from a band that has loads of experience at such a young age.MPDG
was Mixed in the UK by the talented Sunny Robinson, owner of Floatrock
records. His analogue wizardry is the perfect vibe to propel the 'MPDG'
project to lofty heights. Citrus
Maxima will be booking dates for the summer 2019, in support of Manic
Pixie Dream Girl. They are a guitar based trio. Professional in every
respect. They pride themselves on professional marketing, promptness,
set up, breakdown and merchandising, as well as a tightly knit, top
notch dynamic performance.
