Bio
City Tribe was born of Jacob Jones and Duncan Nielsen in Winter 2010 whilst weaving out harmony lines and mirroring chords. By playing the occasional Tuesday night at John Colins bar in SF, the two were able to attract flies quickly with nuanced melodies and buttery harmonies. Old friend and bassist Eric Wallace and drummer Scott Tarango shortly thereafter joined the group and formed the current lineup.
The group's emphasis on dynamic live performance is their strongest asset and has kept friends, family, and loyal fans coming back to each show they play.
